Love your work. It is a very short sentence but gives a huge impact on making money while having fun on working.

There are so many quotes that are being used in different areas to improve the working environment of each staff on a company. I found a good one, and that is to “love your work”.

To love your work, means give full dedication in that career. Focus energy, time and rhythm on working. Or shall I say playing.

If you love your work, you will also love the people around you. The staff, the clients, the customers, and so on are important to each other. And each transaction is link on each other. And even problems!

If you love your work, there should be an infinite supply of energy to do even the tasks for tomorrow. An overflowing energy is given to those people who really like what they are doing.

When you love your work, you can re-start any tedious part of your job.

There’s a man who works on a restaurant. And his position is just a helper on the kitchen. He prepares the ingredients and cut them according to the command of the cook. After chopping all the ingredients needed, it was used to be cooked. Then he re-chops again the ingredients, cooked again, chopped and so on. He never stops, neither he never takes breaks because he likes what he does.

Another story:

A man is a back office helper. He does a lot of errand, then drink water almost 8 times the whole 8 hour shift. He forces himself to work 8 hours a day without smiling or based on his face, he really doesn’t want what he does. Then one day, he started to talk to his colleague. Throw jokes and talks on them and learned how to have fun while working.

The man just realized that he never drink water the whole shift because he never feels tired on his job. Enthusiasm was obviously built in that man.
