		<description>What a great post and some much needed reminders, especially on how valuable your commenters are.  It is easy to lose sight of this.  It&#039;s easier to visit the blogs of your commenters right after you notice their comment, otherwise it&#039;s too easy to let that slip by.
  
And I love the title (and content) of this blog post!  Who wouldn&#039;t like more visitors without inviting them!  Some people go overboard and almgost seem desperate.  I really like this approach you suggest!  Thanks!</description>
