Advice Of a Musician In Blogging

Here’s an example of one of the tracks that I have recorded. As a musician, discipline is one of the most important thing in order to learn how to play a musical instrument. If you want to learn how to play an instrument like the guitar, you should put your full focus on it or you will fail to master the basics on playing it.

Blogging And Music Composing

It’s good to say that blogging is no different in music composing. You can apply the things that you have learn in playing a musical instrument especially self discipline. If you are trying to master blogging, then you should discipline yourself just like how a musician discipline himself to master music.

Medium on both each career

In music, the musical instrument will be the main tool to be used in order to make a composition. But in blogging, computer and an internet connection will be the main tool to be used.

I play guitar as a musician. In recording my composition, I use different kinds of gadgets and tools in crafting my song. Electric guitar is my main instrument in composing. I use one gadget with a lot of effects to make different kinds of sound and combine them together to make a music.

Just the same in blogging, WordPress will be the main tool in crafting blog post and there are so many plugins that I can use to make my blog more interesting and attracting.

Creativity is significant in both

Being creative in music will give you an advantage in composing songs, just the same in blogging. You cannot make a good blog post if your creativity is poor, so you should develop your creativity in crafting your post. While your listeners will be the best critic to your work as a musician, your readers do the criticism on your work as a blogger.

Discipline and dedication

It is the most important thing that your must have in order to learn how to play an instrument. A system on practicing, recording and composing are needed to most in making a good environment on music mastery. Improving yourself will become more easy if you dedicate your work to someone that inspires you.
