How To Wow a Visitor On Your Blog
Blogging community sites are great tool for this. That’s why using these sites have so many benefits in searching readers on your blog. But beware on inviting your friends. You should follow the blogging community site’s policy in order to use them correctly and avoid being banned in them.
Invite visitors warmly
There are sites that don’t allow you to leave a link on your message, so you don’t need to add any link on inviting your readers. Adding the title of your post and your blog’s name is enough in order to avoid this.
Your first line to your invitation should be warm or has something to do with your post. Try using words like “Good Morning” and always call your visitor on his name.
There are so many ways to determine how you could make your first greeting warm. But putting yourself on your visitor’s position is the best way to think one.
Make your blog appearance clean
Do your blog have so many widgets or gadgets on it? Try minimizing them in order to make your blog more presentable to your readers. There are widgets that also make your blog load slow, so simply choosing the best widgets are the best way to go. Avoid using so many widgets.
Make your blog post font readable
Is your post font small? Or is it so big? If it’s so small, you are closing the opportunity for your blog to be read by those readers who have a little problem with their sight.
But if it’s too big, you will use a lot of space on your blog. Your readers will have to scroll down your blog more frequently if your font is too big.
The most favorable font size is from 12 to 16.
Offer your hottest or most visited posts
Your most visited posts are your best posts. You can determine these by monitoring your blog stats. And the most visited one is the best one. Try adding a link of your best posts as your featured list in your blog.
Make sure your blog is free on errors
These could be the most destructing thing on your readers. And sometimes, it could be the reason why a reader hit the unsubscribe button on their subscription option on your blog. Try having a regular link check, click checking every page on your blog and click checking links on every section on your blog.
If you run ads on your blog like adsense, avoid click checking the ads running on your blog because it could penalize your adsense account on doing it.
With this step, you are giving your blog more accessible to your readers. They will experience great stay on your blog that makes them come back on it.
Start your paragraph with warm greetings
A reader on your blog spends that most of his time for himself. Let’s accept the truth that readers are just spending a little amount of time on reading blogs like our blog. So let us expand that little amount by adding warm greetings as your opening line to your blog to make it more attracting.
If we think that a reader only wants what he wants, then we are just writing the thing that they want in our blog. But giving importance to your visitor’s experience on your blog, gives your blog more memorable experience on them. It simply gave psychological impact on warmly accepting a person on your blogging community.
Allow visitors to comment
Why do you have to turn your comment box off? Is there something on your blog that you don’t want any people say something about it? Privacy is a reason why a blog author doesn’t allow anyone to leave a comment.
But if you are trying to build groups of reader on your blog, you should leave your comment box on, and let your readers say what they want to say on your blog. Let the freedom of expression lives on your blog! If they leave violent reaction on your blog, just let them.
You are lucky if you are receiving bad comments because these comments are building your blog to the success. Why? Because you will know where should you develop your blog to. So talk negative comments as an opportunity to improve.
Offer your blog subscription
These will be the final step, to offer your subscription options to your blog. Readers who like your blog will always want to read more on your blog. Sometimes they just forget to subscribe on your blog. So inform them to subscribe on your blog before they leave on it.

The length of a blog post is necessary to your readers. But the question is, is the reader really reads the whole blog post of your blog. Here are some steps on determining it:
Comment of your blog – Is the comment of your blog related to the whole content of your post?
Is there a reader who left violent reaction on the comment? You can also determine if a reader read the whole post by his violent reaction. Maybe the reader is just in the middle of the post when he left comment on your blog.
Long or short post?
Short is better.
Writing interesting topic is the key to make a good blog post regardless of it’s length. It’s a wise procedure to chop down long informative post into series of posts than writing down all the information in one post.
It’s better to post on your blog two paragraphs with lots of information and interesting sentences than writing down a story which doesn’t have any helpful information.
Most bloggers are in favor of writing articles on their blog about problem solving.
Should you have a standard word limitation on posting?
No.
You should have freedom on writing your blog post!
Putting some limitation on the words that you should write creates pressure on your writing time. Therefore, you’ll be distracted with the word count counting down as your write the content of your post.
Should you have limitation on time writing a blog post?
No.
It also puts pressure on your writing time. It’s wise to take your time when writing your content. Writing down your blog post in series of sitting down in front of your computer is advisable. Don’t hurry too much, there’s another train coming when you are late to take the first one.
